Protein bars totally useless? Or an insider tip?

1. Whey Protein Powder

Whey protein powder is the most popular protein bar brand in the world, and has a long list of years of success. I personally use the Protein-X, Protein Power, and the Protein Elite in my everyday life. These are all great protein bars, but I am more inclined to buy protein powder bars that have the highest protein content available. If you know what you are looking for, check out this page.

I have never been a huge fan of the "whey protein powder" as a nutrition bar. I prefer eating a healthy diet, with real foods, so I don't want to have to think about the calories I am putting in my body to get what I need. For me, that's a protein bar. 1) Whey Protein Powder 2) Protein Powder Bars 3) Whey Protein Powder Protein Powder Bars: I've found that some protein powder bars are loaded with sugar, but they aren't a good choice.
