Some people have been asking me what are the differences between some of these products, but I don't want to discuss it in a single post. That is why I have organized this list. The products that were evaluated were: Elite Fitness, Body-Packing and Mobility, Grit and Gritty, Kettlebells, Kettlebell Training, Powerhouse, Squat Machines and Wall-Runners. I have chosen products that I think will be good for more agility for people who are interested in more strength or power, and I have included some options that might be good for the general sports enthusiast. These are all of the items on this list that I found to be useful. Many of the others are similar in design, but a few are different in how they work. I am not a coach, so some of these products may be suitable for a sport-specific coach or athlete. These are not the most recommended items, but they will be good for you and your athletes in the gym and in the weight room. I am also not a doctor.
