I review the products I use and recommend based on a combination of what I have found to work and what the manufacturers claim to help. I also provide my honest opinions on the products that don't work, including those that I find to be questionable. If a product does not seem to work or you have a serious problem, I will refer you to a qualified detox program to see if you can be helped. I believe that people can be helped by doing these four things: 1. Avoiding toxic foods and drinks 2. Doing detox 2 and 3 and reducing your intake of caffeine 3. Avoiding stress 4. Getting enough sleep. The bottom line is that you are more likely to be healthy if you follow all these guidelines. You also have to understand that you can't expect to change your body for the better overnight. You have to build it from the ground up, and that can take some time. You may feel better today, but if your doctor says you are still going to be unhealthy in 3 months, it might be time to go back to your regular diet. You are also more likely to feel better if you take action on some of these suggestions, and then follow through. I will cover these in more detail in a future article. 5. Get a regular routine.
